The Crispy Biscuit is our mobile coffee bar offering freshly brewed gourmet coffee, hot chocolate, tea, pastries, snacks, fruits, and cold beverages. We take pride in serving exceptional coffee, crafted from the finest locally sourced beans. We exclusively use Essences Coffee, renowned for its quality and based in the heritage town of Trim, Co. Meath, along the picturesque River Boyne.

  • Espresso – A short, strong black coffee, served as a bold shot of flavor.
  • Macchiato – A shot of espresso topped with a touch of frothed milk.
  • Americano – A shot of espresso, complemented by hot water for a smooth, full-bodied flavor.
  • Café Latte – Espresso combined with steamed milk for a creamy, balanced taste.
  • Cappuccino – Espresso with a generous layer of frothed milk, finished with a dusting of chocolate.
  • Mocha – Espresso blended with steamed milk and rich chocolate for a sweet, indulgent treat.
  • Hot Chocolate – A decadent serving of hot chocolate topped with fresh cream and marshmallows.

Lauren's Crêpes is our French-style mobile crêpe bar, serving freshly handmade crêpes made from the highest quality locally sourced ingredients. We offer a wide range of delectable crêpes, complemented by a selection of refreshing cold drinks. To accommodate all dietary needs, we provide vegan and gluten-free crêpe options, ensuring everyone can indulge in our delicious offerings.
